City Announces October 31 Trick or Treating Schedule

September 19, 2022. The City has announced this year's trick or treating schedule on October 31, 2022. Downtown merchant trick or treating will take place from 3:00pm to 5:00pm with residential trick or treating to begin immediately afterwards at 5:00pm and concluding at 7:00pm.

New this year, the DDA in collaboration with the City’s public works department and Watervliet Fire Department will host a bonfire at the old paper mill site from 7:00pm-8:00pm. Popcorn and cider will be provided. The bonfire is weather permitting. Any change to the schedule will be announced on October 31.
