FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: City Hall to Re-Open to the Public on May 10, 2021

May 5, 2021. Watervliet, MI – Watervliet City Hall will re-open to the public on Monday, May 10, 2021. Normal business hours will remain 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. Members of the public will be required to wear a face covering per MDHHS guidelines and only one individual (unless from the same household) will be permitted in the business area of City Hall at a time. Additionally, the City requests that anyone showing signs of sickness or having symptoms of COVID-19 refrain from entering City Hall and instead seek other methods to conduct business.

While all city operations have remained operational, City Hall has been closed to the public since November 30, 2020 as part of the City’s effort to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and protect the public and City Staff.
