The City of Watervliet will receive sealed bids for the construction of the Elm Street Improvements Project until 2:00 p.m., local time on the 18th day of February, 2021, at the City Hall office, P.O. Box 86, Watervliet, Michigan 49098, at which time all bids will be opened and read publicly via videoconference at the meeting link provided below.
